If you take medication on a long-term basis, you can ask for a repeat prescription using one of the methods below.

Online Request

Fill out the online request form.

Telephone Request

Postal Request

You may send your request in with a stamped addressed envelope and we will post the prescription back to you. If you require your medication to be delivered then you must make an arrangement with your local chemist and inform them whenever you order something.

In Person

You can also call in and place your order with reception. Please remember to use your “tear-off” repeat slip. This will aid the reception staff with your request.

Collection

If you order your prescription over the telephone you may be able to arrange with the prescription clerk for you to collect your prescription from a local chemist.
