IntraHealth is one of the UK’s leading provider of NHS Primary and Community Care services. We serve a range of patients across our three divisions of Primary Care (general practice), Pharmacy and Clinical Services which includes anticoagulation monitoring, patient medication reviews and childhood immunisation programmes.

We also provide management and clinical support to other GP practices and NHS bodies. We are a well-established organisation having provided NHS services since the company was founded in 1999. Our team is made up of GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs), Nurses, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Health Care Assistants (HCAs) and local administration teams supported by a centralised back office function; providing finance, HR, administration and data analysis support.

We operate NHS services across the North East, North West and Yorkshire.

IntraHealth Ltd delivers immunisation and vaccination services for NHS England across several areas in the UK. Our immunisation and vaccination service has been running for 8 years and forms part of our established clinical services in the North of England.

IntraHealth are looking to recruit a Recruitment and Data Administrator to support the Immunisation Team with the mass recruitment, training and set up of all bank staff ready for the Influenza season.

The successful candidate will work within a team and support the delivery of IntraHealth’s expanding immunisation and vaccination programmes. They will be responsible for organising and attending interviews, ensuring all new starter packs are completed and DBS checks carried out. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all staff have access to the required systems necessary for each role and that all mandatory training is completed and attended.

The successful candidate will need to communicate via both telephone and email to all potential candidates and ensure all interview dates are diarised efficiently with other internal staff members. Due to the nature of the recruitment process, the individual will also be expected to support the immunisation service with the accurate inputting of all immunisation data received onto our clinical system as well as call handling when required.

Candidates will have experience of working in an administration role, have excellent I.T skills and be confident when answering telephone calls and queries. We require enthusiastic, flexible, and positive individuals who will be expected to work as part of the team.
