Senior HR Advisor – Head Office

22.5 hours per week (3 working days per week), permanent, up to £35,000 FTE (£21,000.00 pro-rata)

IntraHealth is one of the UK’s leading providers of NHS Primary and Community Care services. We serve a range of patients across our three divisions of Primary Care (general practice), Pharmacy and Clinical Services which includes anticoagulation monitoring, patient medication reviews and childhood immunisation programmes.

We are a well-established organisation having provided NHS services since 1999. We operate NHS services across the North East, Yorkshire, the midlands and North West. Our team is made up of a wide range of healthcare professionals and administrative roles including GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs), Nurses, Pharmacists, Health Care Assistants (HCAs) and local administration teams. Our frontline teams are supported by a centralised back office function; providing executive, finance, HR, administration and data analysis support.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our HR team in a Senior HR Advisor role, working alongside our HR administrator and our HR manager. The role is based at our Head Office in the William Brown Centre, Peterlee, County Durham, and hybrid working can be considered.

Our ideal candidate will provide a comprehensive, effective and efficient service within the team. You will be an enthusiastic, committed individual who will be expected to work as part of the team with excellent communication, attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills. The potholder will work closely with our managers to support them with employment advice and guidance, absence and disciplinary management as well as providing general advice and support to all employees.
