Our Clinical Services Division is seeking to appoint an Assistant Operations Manager to provide support to our Operations Manager and the contracts across the Yorkshire & Midlands region and to drive further success for the organisation. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to organise and co-ordinate our services and improve performance and productivity across our care contracts. You will need to be practical, flexible and have excellent proven people skills. Your support of the operations process will be crucial and have a profound impact on the overall success and smooth running of the regional offices.
As one of the UKs largest providers of immunisation and vaccination services we have been delivering immunisation programmes since 2009. Our team of Nurses and Healthcare Assistants supported by a team of administrative staff provide the programme through a convenient service that visits schools. We are one of the country’s top performers and were shortlisted in 2018 for the NHS Employer “Flu Fighter” award in Greater Manchester.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge and experience of the NHS. You will be a graduate or have equivalent experience with a demonstrable track record in project and people management.
