Bank / Casual Contracts, Greater Manchester

IntraHealth is one of the UK’s leading providers of NHS Primary and Community Care services. We serve a range of patients across our three divisions of Primary Care (general practice), Pharmacy and Clinical Services which includes anticoagulation monitoring, patient medication reviews and childhood immunisation programmes.

We also provide management and clinical support to other GP practices and NHS bodies. We are a well-established organisation having provided NHS services since the company was founded in 1999. Our team is made up of GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs), Nurses, Pharmacists, Health Care Assistants (HCAs) and local administration teams supported by a centralised back-office function, providing finance, HR, administration and data analysis support.

IntraHealth Ltd delivers immunisation and vaccination services for NHS England across several areas in the UK. Our immunisation and vaccination service has been running since 2009 and forms part of our established clinical services in the North of England.

This role ideally requires candidates to have knowledge and experience of working in-line with strict GDPR guidelines. They will also have basic IT knowledge as you will be using a company laptop/tablet to access NHS England’s immunisation platform MAVIS and SystmOne. Experience using NHS systems is desirable as full training will be provided. Following a successful interview, all candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check by IntraHealth in addition to completing online and face-to-face training.

You will support the immunisation team by uploading patient data onto NHS England’s immunisation platform MAVIS. With the addition of locating NHS numbers on SystmOne and updating MAVIS patient records accordingly for any un-matched patients that MAVIS cannot match against a medical record. Data entry teams will also be required to support the team with any immunisation records which have failed to automatically upload to NHS medical records following a vaccination session.

Candidates will need to be available from June 2026 for their induction, onboarding and training and can choose to work with any of the boroughs in Greater Manchester, with offices located in Royton, Denton, Trafford Park and Bolton.

If you feel you meet the requirements needed and wish to join our team, please send a covering letter (with details of 2 referees) and CV by post or email to our HR department.
