Appointments

Make, change or cancel an appointment

To request an urgent appointment for today or tomorrow (Monday to Friday)

  • Phone us Monday to Friday 8.15am to 6.00pm (we close at 1.00pm on Tuesday but our Belmont site will remain open until 6pm for telephone calls)
  • Use Pharmacy First for seven minor conditions which no longer require a GP appointment (earache, impetigo, infected insect bites, shingles, sinusitis, sore throat, urinary tract infections (UTIs) in women). Click here for full details.
  • Visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist. We are open Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 6.00pm (we close at 1.00pm on Tuesday but our Belmont site will remain open until 6pm for  patients to attend)

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with. We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

Every week many patients fail to attend their appointments. This wastes valuable clinical time and means fewer appointments are available for those who need one. Please remember to cancel an appointment if you can no longer make it.

Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.
