Our PPG works to improve communication between the surgery and its patients, to ensure the services we offer meet the needs of all our patients. We are always looking for enthusiastic people to join the group, share ideas on how services could be changed or improved and be involved in making those changes for the good of the patients and the surgery. If you are interested in getting involved or would just like to find out more, please contact our Practice Manager.
To meet the increasing needs of patients our surgery is working together with community, mental health, social care, pharmacy, hospital and voluntary services in the local area in groups of surgeries known as primary care networks (PCNs). Our surgery is part of the Durhan East PCN.
Integrated care system (ICS) are partnerships of organisations that come together to plan and deliver joined up health and care services, and to improve the lives of people who live and work in their area. Our surgery is part of the North East and Cumbria ICS.
